2. Information We Collect

a) Personal Data You Provide

• User Content — images, media, or material you upload

• Payment info — subscription status, transaction IDs (via third-party providers)

b) Automatically Collected Data

• Device info — model, OS, app version, region, language
• Usage logs — feature usage, crash reports, analytics events
• Cookies and similar technologies (for web usage)
• IP address and approximate location for localization and security

c) Face Data (SANNR App)

When using the SANNR face analysis app, we collect and process the following face data:

• Photos containing facial imagery that you submit for analysis
• On-device facial measurements including facial landmark coordinates, symmetry percentages, facial proportion ratios, and golden ratio scores, computed locally on your device using Google MLKit Face Detection
• Analysis results including aesthetic scores and written feedback generated from your submitted photos

• Process User Content to perform requested services
• Generate aesthetic analysis scores and feedback from submitted photos
• Store scan history locally on your device to enable progress tracking and comparison over time
• Develop and improve features, analyze usage

4. Face Data — Collection, Use, Sharing, and Retention

Collection

SANNR collects photos you submit and computes facial measurements from those photos on your device using Google MLKit Face Detection. No biometric identifiers or facial recognition data is derived.

Use

Face data is used solely to generate an aesthetic analysis score and written feedback displayed to you, and to allow you to track and compare your results over time within the app.

Sharing with Third Parties

Photos you submit for analysis are transmitted to the Google Gemini API (operated by Google LLC) to generate AI-powered aesthetic analysis. Google processes this data in accordance with their API Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Saintsware does not receive or store your photos on its servers.

Facial measurements computed by MLKit are processed entirely on your device and are never transmitted to Saintsware or any third party.

Storage

Photos and scan results are stored locally in your app's private storage on your device. They are not uploaded to or stored on Saintsware's servers.

Retention

Photos submitted for analysis: Photos are transmitted to the Google Gemini API for processing and are not stored by Saintsware on any server. A copy of the submitted photo (resized to a maximum of 1000 pixels) is stored locally on the user's device as part of your scan history.

Facial measurements and analysis results (scan history): Facial proportion ratios, symmetry scores, golden ratio measurements, aesthetic scores, written feedback, and thumbnail images associated with your scans are stored locally on your device as part of your scan history. This data is retained at your discretion to support the app's core functionality — tracking your aesthetic progress and comparing results over time. Raw facial landmark coordinates used during processing are not persisted. You remain in full control of all stored data.

You may delete this data at any time by:

• Deleting individual scans within the app
• Using the "Wipe All Data" option in the app's settings
• Uninstalling the app

Saintsware does not retain any face data on its servers at any time, for any duration.

5. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK)

• Performance of a contract
• Consent (where required)
• Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, security, product improvement
• Compliance with legal obligations

6. Information Sharing

• Google Gemini API — photos submitted for analysis in the SANNR app are processed by Google's Gemini AI service (see Section 4)
• Service providers — hosting, analytics, payments, support
• With your consent — when sharing results externally
• For legal reasons — laws, court orders, rights protection
• Business transfers — mergers or acquisitions
• Aggregated or de-identified data — for analytics and business review

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Cookies enable functionality and analyze performance. You can disable them via browser settings, though this may impact your experience.

8. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for business, legal compliance, or contractual purposes. Photos and scan data in the SANNR app are stored locally on your device and retained until you delete them or uninstall the app. See Section 4 for full details on face data retention.

10. Children's Privacy

Services are intended for users 18 and older. Data from children under 16 will be deleted upon notification.

11. Security Measures

Technical, administrative, and physical safeguards are implemented — including encryption and secure storage. No system offers absolute protection.

12. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States with safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses complying with applicable privacy laws. Photos submitted for AI analysis are processed by Google LLC in accordance with Google's data transfer mechanisms.

Updates communicated via email or within Services. Check the effective date for the latest version.
